It features different mast options, ranging from 3.6m to 6.7m, so that you can select the perfect lift height. What is more, its JCB Synchro Shuttle synchronized transmission provides smooth gear and direction changes, and the side shift feature means that you can place materials on scaffolding with complete precision.

Efficient by design

Our high-flow hydraulic pump turns the power of your RTFL into efficient lifting for increased productivity; cycle times are up to 51% faster.

• Our 74hp (55kW) high-torque JCB DieselMAX engine provides powerful performance.
• The 2 traction modes, 2WD & 4WD, can be switched at the touch of a switch, reducing fuel consumption and tire wear when 4WD is not required, for example when driving on the road.

Comfortably superior

Visibility is excellent, with direct glazing, folding doors, high-position cab mounting, and large front and rear windshields.

• The large and spacious cab of a JCB RTFL includes left and right handrails with wide-opening doors, standard tinted glass that reflects 30% of solar energy, and a new 3-speed heater fan for improved windshield defrosting.
• Available with suspension seat and air suspension seat options, which can be adjusted to different operator or job requirements.
• A zero tail swing design means that our machines are ideal for work in confined areas.

Low maintenance, extended intervals

To keep our rough terrain forklifts productive, we minimize downtime as much as possible; service intervals are therefore longer.

• Daily checks and greasing are carried out easily and at ground level.
• All filters (engine oil, fuel, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and air) are located nearby for faster servicing as well.
• The telematics technology of our JCB LiveLink system offers benefits such as real-time data that allows you to remotely monitor and manage your machines.
• You can also monitor any operating problem and have it quickly resolved by your dealer, thereby increasing productivity throughout the working day.

Quality process

The fully welded one-piece chassis in the JCB RTFL maximizes strength and reduces weight, while the axles are the same heavy-duty ones we fit to our backhoe loaders and telehandlers.

• Our RTFLs are subjected to a rigorous testing program, which includes prolonged high-stress loads on the chassis, as well as repeated use of the transmission over thousands of cycles.
• The hydraulic cylinders of our RTFLs have the rod end eye friction welded for extra strength; moreover, all joints use hardened pins.
