The JCB 540-170 LOADALL is a large, 4-stage telescopic handler with great reach. It is efficiently powered by our JCB DIESELMAX engine and mounted on the chassis, which is specially designed to provide maximum load support and stability. The side-mounted JCB engine is combined with the JCB transmission and axles to ensure a reliable drivetrain through proven components. It also has 3 steering modes with instant selection for easy operation, a short turning radius and excellent maneuverability.

• The boom on a 540-170 is mounted in a low position on the chassis, providing a rigid structure and maximum over-the-shoulder visibility. The hoses are routed through the boom for maximum protection, while the boom overlap of up to 1 m ensures maximum strength and durability.
