• Our patented load control system and tilting headstocks allow safer and more stable load placement, while hose burst valves protect the operator and surrounding personnel in the event of a hose failure.
• To protect workers on site, options for a new rear-view camera and pulse radar are now available on selected models.
• The low boom and pivot point profile provide unmatched rear visibility for obstacles and traffic on site. A full set of side and rear mirrors improves peripheral visibility and compliance with safety regulations.

• Fluid filters (engine oil, hydraulic oil, and fuel) are centrally located for quick and easy servicing. The air filter is also easy to access, and its dual-element design simplifies cleaning, another reason why JCB construction telehandlers are top-rated in their class for SAE service levels.
• All daily checks and greasing on a 540-140 Hi-Viz can be carried out at ground level; fuel tank filling can also be done from ground level, with the tank fitted with pre-filters in the filler neck, which protects against dirt and contaminants.
• The dry lubrication system means the wear pads of the 540-140 Hi-Viz are extremely durable, with 500-hour service intervals.

Unmatched safety and protection

The low boom profile and pivot point result in excellent rear visibility on the 540-140 hi-viz telehandler; likewise, the full set of side and rear mirrors, as well as the bonnet profile, improve both visibility and maneuverability.

The cab is certified for Roll-Over Protection (ROPS) as well as Falling Object Protection (FOPS), so operators are always safe. The chassis tilt enables the operator to level the telehandler completely before starting the lift.
