It has two-wheel steering at the rear suited to the requirements of the operation, in addition to the side-mounted engine design that offers excellent rear and side visibility. The hydraulic lifting, tilting and extension cylinders are kept in locations protected by castings to increase the machine's structural integrity.

Strength and durability

To be truly efficient, our handlers are designed to operate 24 hours a day. To do this, we build our machines with the greatest possible strength, with high-quality components and modern, innovative manufacturing processes.

Reinforced boom design: We designed our U-shaped boom, with reinforcements between the end plates, which are fully welded. The boom of a JCB Loadall is mounted on the chassis, below cab level, providing an extremely rigid structure and maximum possible visibility.

For greater strength, we have reduced the number of joints and stress points. Our boom tip is integrated, built from a single sheet (it is not welded to the boom), making it a strong and durable part, and the hydraulic lines are located inside the boom, protecting against possible damage during use.

Durable components: At JCB we manufacture our own axle, transmission and engine. All designed to work in perfect harmony and with high reliability. The hydraulic lifting, tilting and extension cylinders are kept in locations protected by castings to increase the machine's structural integrity.

JCB adaptive load control automatically monitors hydraulic operation to help maintain the longitudinal stability of your Loadall.

In addition to ROPS and FOPS certification, our cab has a presence sensor that disables the machine when the operator rises from the seat.

The stabilizer cylinders with check valves further increase operational safety, as the check valves block oil flow in case of breakage or leakage in pipes or hoses.

More versatility, production and less maintenance

For greater versatility, all JCB Loadall are equipped with an auxiliary hydraulic line in the boom, capable of accepting a wide range of attachments, in addition to the factory-standard quick-coupling system that makes changing equipment attachments easier.

JCB telescopic handlers have extended service intervals and, when necessary, maintenance will be simple, allowing you to get back to work quickly, since all daily checks and lubrication operations can be carried out at ground level.

To further increase production availability, these machines are also equipped with a reversible fan to ensure maximum operating hours in applications with a lot of dust and materials that can compromise the cooling system.
