The LOADALL, also known as a telehandler, is one of the most complete and preferred machines around the world, which is not surprising since these versatile machines offer the best features of a crane, front loader, and forklift. The combination of forward and vertical reach is incomparable and makes this equipment an outstanding tool on the job site.

It has two-wheel steering on the rear wheels, suited to the requirements of the operation, in addition to the side-mounted engine design, which offers excellent rear and side visibility. The hydraulic cylinders for lift, tilt, and extension are fixed in protected areas with reinforcements to increase the structural integrity of the machine.

Strength and durability

To be truly efficient, our handlers are designed to work continuously. To do this, we build our machines to be as robust as possible, with high-quality components, combined with modern and innovative manufacturing processes.

• Reinforced boom design: We design our boom in a U shape, with reinforcements between the closing plates, which are fully welded. The boom of a LOADALL is mounted on the chassis, below cab level, providing an extremely rigid structure and maximum possible visibility.
• For extra strength, we have reduced the number of joints and stress points. Our boom tip is integrated, made from a single steel plate (it is not welded to the boom), making it a very strong and durable part; in addition, the hydraulic lines are located inside the boom, protecting them against possible damage during use.
• Durable components: At JCB we make our own axles, transmission and engine. All designed to work in perfect harmony and with high reliability. The hydraulic cylinders for lift, tilt, and extension are fixed in protected areas with reinforcements to increase the structural integrity of the machine.

More versatility, productivity and less maintenance

For added versatility, all JCB LOADALLS are equipped with an auxiliary hydraulic line at the end of the boom, capable of operating a wide range of attachments; additionally, our factory-standard Q-fit quick coupler system makes changing attachments easy and fast.

• JCB telehandlers have extended service intervals and, when maintenance is required, it will be simple, allowing you to get back to work quickly since all daily checks and lubrication operations can be carried out at ground level.
• To further increase availability for production, these machines are also equipped with a reversible fan to ensure the maximum number of operating hours in applications with a lot of dust or other materials that may compromise the cooling system's capacity.
