The new JCB 427ZX loader is designed with innovative technology, equipped with a 6-cylinder Cummins engine, which makes it more powerful, efficient, and productive.

It has a powershift transmission and a comfortable operator cab, so the JCB 427ZX wheel loader offers better working conditions for the operator, thus increasing productivity. Comfort and safety

In this machine, you will find a spacious cab with excellent comfort and visibility for the operator, and intuitive, ergonomic controls. The cab is ROPS/FOPS certified and is positively pressurized, which prevents dust from entering, and has a low internal noise level: 75db(A).

• A new state-of-the-art central LCD screen presents operating data, alerts, and critical health information. The cab also has standard integrated air conditioning and different seat options, including an air suspension model.
• The large steps and ergonomic handrails ensure easy and safe access to the cab. The JCB 427ZX wheel loader also comes with a conveniently located tool box on the side for easy and safe storage of tools and small items.

Ease of maintenance

All daily checks can be carried out at ground level in a practical and safe way. The large gull-wing doors provide excellent access for servicing. In addition, the new wheel loader features a wide main radiator and a one-side cooling package.

Optionally, it has a reversible fan function, as well as hydraulic quick-hitch options and auxiliary lines for the 3rd and 4th function. LiveLink technology monitors machine status, operation, and service needs with real-time alerts.

The fixed-geometry turbocharger improves engine response at low rpm and, with the ZX linkage, this machine ensures greater breakout force for greater agility in material entry and excavation activities.

• The arm cushioning system - SRS (optional) reduces material loss and increases comfort and speed of operation. The load-sensing hydraulic system provides efficient and precise control, ensuring power is supplied as needed.

Axle options:

• Open differential axles, with lower internal drag, ideal for paved surfaces with hard ground;
• Axles with limited-slip differentials, for soils prone to getting stuck;
• Axle with full differential lock, electrically actuated by the operator, for maximum traction.
